The department has been operating since the establishment of the firm, more than 55 years ago, and is one of the most prominent in its field. Today, the department deals with the representation of leading shipping companies in Israel and in the world and of companies engaged in maritime shipping, in all aspects of maritime law in all its shades.

 

As part of its practice, our firm has dealt with broad and varied issues related to maritime law, including: cargo damage, cargo transportation, accommodation fees, issues relating to bills of lading, leasing and sale of ships and ongoing legal advice mainly related to container transportation. All this, along with expertise in providing a solution to conflicts and disputes that arise within the field of maritime law and maritime tort claims.
